I am going to rosarita this weekend for the fourth of July and wanted to know directions on how to get to Rosarita and if I can drive to Encinata how long will it take once your in TJ. Also should I rent a car??? I have a Ford Expedition and I heard that they like to steal this kind of cars??? I will only be spending the night for one day??
