I am planning a trip to “The Bay” in June, probably the 15th to the 22nd. I was last down there about 6 years ago and have been looking forward to my return trip ever since. I have made a few drives/camping trips down to Loreto other areas in Baja Norte since then.
On my last trip to “The Bay” I camped via tent and did a fair share of OK, not great, free diving a little N of Punta La Gringa. This trip I plan on Class C RVing it and could use some advice on a good remote spot to camp on the beach, preferably with some OK fishing and free diving off the beach.
Our activities this trip will be a mountain biking (we r all experienced bikers) panga fishing (we r all horrible novices) and some hopefully good free diving.
To summarize my questions: Where is a good RV camp spot ? Any tips on good mountain biking trails (single track)? How much for a good panga guide? Any recommendations? Will wind be an issue in the middle to end of June? Is it possible to kayak to some of the closer islands?
