Have traveled to Rosarita (La Fonda), 1st time visit in May to Cabo via plane. Looking for advice on Cooridor hotels that have close surfing, snorkeling and local feel. In search of good vibes (no spring break crowd). Suggestions?

Also, is arriving via air similiar to driving into Baja (ie no formal customs process) or do you have to go through a bunch of customs motions?
